What is FamiFly Tasks?

FamiFly Tasks is a shared task app for real life — with Helper Pass when someone else has to do today’s jobs, and Remember for the bits you’d otherwise forget (names, places, one-off tidbits). Capture with voice or photos, organize personal and shared lists, and keep everyone on the same page.

Who is FamiFly Tasks for?

Individuals, families, organizations, small teams, and anyone who regularly hands work to helpers — sitters, walkers, vendors, volunteers, or relatives — without requiring them to create an account.

What is a Helper Pass?

A Helper Pass lets a babysitter, dog walker, house cleaner, or other day helper check off today's jobs without creating an account. They open a pass link or QR code, complete today's tasks, and you get notified.

What is Remember?

Remember captures the important bits you’d otherwise forget — a name, a place, or any one-off tidbit, thought, or idea you might need later. It’s not a full notes app. Save the moment, find it when it matters. Smart groups related memories; the timeline scrubber jumps you through days; import or export under Settings.

Can we share one task list across a family or team?

Yes. Create shared lists for your household, org, or small team, invite people to your space, and everyone sees updates as they happen. Keep private lists alongside shared ones.

Does FamiFly Tasks support voice and photo capture?

Yes. Add tasks by speaking or attaching a photo so everyone knows exactly what needs doing — useful for groceries, chores, handoffs, and field notes.

Can I set recurring tasks and reminders?

Yes. Schedule tasks to repeat on your schedule and turn on push reminders so due items show up on your phone even when the app is closed.

Is FamiFly Tasks free to start?

Yes. You can get started for free with voice capture, sharing, Helper Pass, Remember, and reminders included. Install it to your home screen and use it like a native app.

Do helpers need to install the app?

No. Helpers open a Helper Pass link or QR in the browser. Owners who want the full experience can install FamiFly Tasks to the home screen.

Is my data private to my workspace?

Yes. Tasks stay in your workspace — isolated per space. Share only the lists and Helper Passes you choose.

Can I use FamiFly Tasks offline?

Yes. Install it as a progressive web app and keep working when connectivity drops. Changes sync when you’re back online.
